Hello WIRC Community!

We’re thrilled to welcome you to the Women Immigrants and Refugees Club (WIRC)! As we launch this empowering space, our goal is to create a vibrant, inclusive community where immigrant and refugee women can find support, resources, and friendships to help them thrive.

Our mission is to uplift each other through connection, knowledge-sharing, and cultural understanding. Whether you’re here to build new skills, navigate challenges, or simply connect with others who share similar experiences, we’re so glad you’re here.

Upcoming Events
Join us on November 14, 2024, at 7 PM (via Zoom) for our first community meeting! We’ll introduce our members, outline our 2025 goals, and set our agenda for the year, including quarterly events and summer gatherings. Your input is invaluable as we plan activities that best support our community.

How You Can Get Involved
We’re looking for passionate members to help kick off our volunteer activities! From teaching skills and cooking for shelters to helping spread the word about WIRC, there are many ways to make an impact. Contact us to get involved or share ideas on how we can support the community.
